Little Goat Store is committed to delivering your baby essentials safely, efficiently, and reliably across Australia. We understand that infant nutrition products are essential items, and we prioritise prompt dispatch and secure packaging to maintain product integrity. We currently ship within Australia only. While we may expand internationally in the future, all orders at this time are processed and delivered domestically.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD. Orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address Information
Little Goat Store is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address unless otherwise specified. Little Goat Store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once confirmed as delivered.
